Has extensive experience in financial, regulatory and management reporting, process design and improvements, change management, and successfully leading several strategic projects.
He has quality experience in handling Initial public offer (IPO), right issues programs, debt issuance programs, governance, risk management and assurance with strong expertise in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) implementation and testing.
