* Driving ownership and ultimately cost reduction through understanding, confidence and awareness of cost management.

* Working with the Customer Services and Operation teams to prepare and provide timely and firmly grounded financial forecasts over the next three years. The forecast process involved maintaining, improving and developing financial forecasting models that link actual results with forecasts. Ensuring key forecasting drivers are 100% business owned and that budget owners understand the resulting financial forecasts.

* Drive a culture of robust controls within the business.

* Ensuring robust business cases are completed for all proposed initiatives. Developing business insight and seeking efficiencies in order to deliver better support to the business and providing decision support through involvement in business cases and initiatives
