842836 Assistant Accountant 

• Process the monthly prepayments, accruals and journals
• Maintaining an accurate fixed asset register, calculate and process the monthly depreciation journal
• Reconciling 6 multicurrency bank accounts (£, $ and €)
• Coding and checking supplier invoices
• Helping with the preparation of VAT return
• Intercompany recharges and reconciliations /dollar ,euros and pounds
• Assisting with weekly payment runs  
• Balance Sheet & P&L reconciliations 
• Systems include : Excel ( Vlookups & Pivot tables ) Sage Line 50 & 500, SUN, Syspro, PMS
