ACCA qualified (2014) Management Accountant looking for their next role into a more senior position.  Currently working for a multi million dollar company specialising in technology and candidate measurement systems.  Previous experience in the media and communications industries.

Current duties include:

• Assist the Financial Controller at month-end with detailed reporting and analysis against budget/forecasts.
• Review sales contracts and project in Salesforce to define the revenue booking (accrual/deferral)
• Create and post cost/revenue journals including prepayments, accruals and deferrals.
• Maintain the business unit balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
• Create cost, sales and other revenue and financial performance reports as required.
• Liaise with local payroll bureau or internal payroll teams to prepare payroll runs and book journals
• Interim and annual audit, Inter-company and preparation of monthly VAT returns for the business units.
• Analysing financial performance and contributing to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts
• Offering professional judgement on financial matters and advising on ways of improving business performance
• Interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial managers
• Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed.

Systems: Sun, Infor10, Vision, Hyperion, Asset, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Concur, Coupa and Oracle, Strong Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
