Business to business credit controller from the construction industry.  Looking for a permanent role in a similar target driven environment where progression is on offer for employees who are passionate about a career in credit control. 

• Managing a ledger of 250 accounts
• Generating and sending out invoices/statements (EURO/UK) to customers
• Communicating with customers via email, phone, fax and letter
• Allocating BACS, cheques and credit card payments to different accounts using Epicor (Financial Management system) including EUROs
• Collaborating with all departments to resolve queries
• Liaising with Sales Representative and directors to resolve problematic accounts
• Reducing aged debt with cash collection by chasing customers and escalating any overdue disputes
• Using Excel and different systems to reconcile and analyse customer accounts with large amount of data
• Escalating overdue accounts by taking appropriate action or sending out a 7 days demand letter
