Trained at Big 4 and was Senior Associate on the Corporate Finance - Transaction Services team prior to moving to one of the leading Private Banks (AUM €40bn) as an Equity Analyst.
Currently a Corporate Finance Advisor leading the management of long term financial modelling (complex debt modelling) and funding strategy for critical business processes (eg debt refinancing, equity IRR assessment, property M&A, tax / legal / accounting issues)
Heavily involved in the financial modelling, project structuring (corporate finance vs project financing) and funding strategy of the third runway
Preparing offering documents (investor presentation, prospectus) and attending investor events and marketing trips
