Business to business credit manager responsible for large teams of credit controllers.  This candidate is responsible for a team of 7 credit controllers working in a shared service centre for a global recruitment company. 

In her previous role, responsible for 28 credit controllers covering over 16,000 live accounts across B2B in large well known security company.  

Duties include:

• Carry out and deliver monthly ledger reviews
• Lead and manage a team of 7 credit controllers
• Minimise credit risk through credit assessments of new and existing clients
• Reduce DSO
• Reduced aged debt in line with financial targets
• Project work in line with company's vision - implementation of call standards & monitoring, promoting e-billing & reducing departmental cost
• Daily review of performance through targets and KPI SLA's
• People management - quarterly appraisals, absence management, improvement and development
• Recruiting credit controllers for various divisions within the Credit Control Shared Service Centre
