8 years+ commercial credit control experience gained mainly within the retail industry.  Strong influencing skills and client relationship skills developed to reach collection targets while maintaining good customer service.  Organising and managing her own Ledger including generating accurate reports.

Assisting in the training of new credit controllers, setting targets to reduce DSO and maximise cash collection.  

Communicating with customers throughout Europe, often with customers where English was not the preferred language.

Accounts experience includes a variety of tasks in both accounts payable and accounts receivable.  Also involved with tax returns and end of year accounts.
