Finance Business Partner

Salary: £55000.00 - £60000 per annum

My client is a large, international manufacturing-operations entity with sites across the UK and Europe, experiencing continued growth and success. This role is based near Southampton and is focused on supporting the commercial and operational activity of this specific location. You will provide budgeting, forecasting and analytical insight that will drive decision making. You will support the senior managers and be the go-to finance representative and as such, this is a key role. You will support various projects, provide costing and margin analysis, profitability review and prepare planning models for new opportunities. This is a true 'business partnering' role. Some travel will be required to the Head Office in the Thames Valley.



You will be a qualified accountant with excellent analytical skills. You will have supported commercial operations and have worked closely with non-finance managers, supported projects and have worked in cross-functional teams. Experience of working in a large, complex entity will be preferred, along with a background of working in manufacturing or heavy industry. Qualified by Experience candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
