Our client, a well respected business services organisation that works with clients across the Thames Valley, seeks a Client Account Manager to strengthen their membership team.
The Client Account Manager is responsible for the account management of clients - small to medium sized organisations (SME's) in the Berkshire and Oxfordshire area, including the identification and recruitment of new members.
The position will require regular interaction with allocated clients, ensuring that the benefits of membership to the organisation are made clear, individuals are proactively engaged and invited to appropriate events and that any further needs of the business are considered and addressed using internal resources or by way of external recommendation.
The post holder will be expected to take an active participation in the planning and delivery of events across the region including breakfast seminars, lunches and evening networking events, including proactive engagement with clients to ensure maximum support.
Applicants should come from a sales or accountant management background and have a proven record of successfully growing a portfolio of clients, increasing sales and strengthening relationships. Due to the nature of the role, applicants should possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, the ability to converse at all levels within an organisation and well-honed networking skills.
As travel to client sites across the Berkshire and Oxfordshire area is required, it is essential that applicants hold a full UK driving licence.
