We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager (qualified or qualified by experience) for a multi-entity, investment backed SME based in Bracknell. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage the end-to-end finances.

You will be directly responsible for all month end tasks including reconciliations and reporting. You will also manage the relationship with the external auditors, produce the statutory returns, management reports, budgets and forecasts. They have a number of international entities, as well as separate business units and this role will produce consolidated accounts for the organisation as a whole. There will be a focus on cash flow and working with the wider business to support strategic decisions from a financial perspective.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or have worked in an SME and be Qualified by Experience. You will be happy with the hands-on nature associated with operating in a smaller, entrepreneurial business but also have exposure to multi-entity environment. You will be comfortable managing a small team as well as communicating with senior managers, and be passionate about contributing to the company and its ambitious growth plans.
