A FTSE business near Wimbledon are strengthening their finance team with the recruitment of a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. An exciting new role, where you will manage the financial planning team of 3 staff. Lead and own the financial aspects of the annual corporate three-year plan, quarterly forecasts and period outturn. You will provide insight driven analysis of business activities to improve business performance, and drive development of planning and analysis systems and processes.

The business is growing and this role will play a crucial role in influencing and analysing business activities that will improve financial performance. You will need to develop detailed planning models to improve efficiency and accuracy of planning processes as well as enhanced information and reporting to support decision making.

You will have an Accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with significant post qualification experience and have substantial experience in a senior management position in a financial and planning environment. You will have experience of managing and team, and enjoy getting the best out of your team. You will have a proven track record for developing financial processes and implementing change. Excellent quantative and financial modelling skills. TM1 system experience is essential for this role.
