We are currently working with a hugely successful business based on the outskirts of Reading who are seeking a highly experienced finance lead across transactional accounting. This role will be key in establishing and cementing best in class process and systems going forward. With 2 direct reports and responsibility for up to 20 staff this is a great role for an experienced manager to come in and make a difference.

This role absolutely involves elements of 'business as usual', but with experienced and long-standing credit and accounts payable managers as direct reports there is more focus on improvement and change. Reporting directly into the Finance Director this role is pivotal in maintaining a healthy cash flow and financial position. The ability to develop accurate reporting and controls is therefore of significant interest to our client. As is the ability to partner with the business and lead from the front, improving productivity within a large team of accounts payable and credit control staff.
