Savant is supporting a highly innovative organisation in its sector to recruit a Procurement Manager / Procurement Officer. A great opportunity to support the Head of Procurement in delivering new strategy across multiple categories for this expanding and exciting operation.

Skills / Experience / Attributes:

• Knowledge and strong experience of public procurement process is a must, such as Public sector contract regulations and the OJEU procurement framework.


• Public sector contract regulations and process experience essential with demonstrable project-management skills.


• Broad buying experience with a strong background in commercial, procurement-based roles.


• Experience of working within technology or technical orientated organisations.


• Experienced in drafting tender specifications and evaluation criteria and knowledge of contract clauses, and terms and conditions.


• Experience of providing support to the contract management lifecycle, during the procurement phase, the contract drafting, contract mobilisation and supplier - Budget holder /contract 'owner' contract reviews, as required.
