My client is a successful and ambitious company who are looking to recruit a Financial Accountant into this newly-created role. Following a period of rapid growth, they are now strengthening the Finance team.

Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, you will be key to the continued success of the organisation. You will manage and develop the financial accounting tasks, ensuring the implementation and development of processes and procedures. You will own all of the Financial Reporting processes and support the Group FC with statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also be involved in various projects including the implementation of a new system and integration of future acquisitions. You will be given the opportunity to get involved in the Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Tasks include:

• All AP and GL processes


• Statutory reporting and working with the external audit firm


• Management reporting


• Systems implementation

You will either be a qualified accountant, or be qualified-by-experience and have worked in a similar role. This would be a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to leave practice, however you could just as easily have worked in a commercial entity and be looking for your next career step.
