My client is based in central Bracknell and they are looking to recruit a qualified accountant into this key role.

You will manage all aspects of the reconciliations, all ledgers, cash management including the production of accurate budgets and forecasts, all systems and processes and the relationships with external auditors. You will manage all month, quarter and year end reporting including all statutory returns and you will work with the wider business and help non-finance managers to understand the financial implications of their decisions.

This is a truly all-round role in a smaller entity. Duties include:

• Manage and be responsible for all aspects of the accounting systems


• Produce accurate and timely financial information


• Maintain records and produce statutory reports


• Oversee the payroll process

You will be a qualified accountant with experience of managing all aspects of the function. You will be happy working in a small team and have the ability to communicate with, and influence, managers from across the business. You will have either worked in an accountancy firm and be looking to move or you will have progressed through the accounts team of a commercial entity and have gained knowledge of the end-to-end reporting process.
