Assistant Accountant role for a beverages company based in London - 3.5 day week



Your new company


You'll be working for a beverages company based in London with a 'family-like' team of energetic people with the shared goal of working together and making the business the best.



Your new role


You'll be working as an Assistant Accountant and will be responsible for:



  • Invoice processing

  • Processing expense requests

  • Credit control

  • Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers

  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers

  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

  • Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to management

  • Assisting with budgets

  • Prepayments and Accruals

  • Banks reconciliation

  • Raising sales invoices



To succeed:


You will have ideally been in an office environment within the beverages industry, although other experience will be considered. You'll also need to have:



  • High level of accuracy

  • Analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills



In return


You will be working a 3.5 day week in a flexible working capacity within a small but creative team, full of energy. Salary (already pro-ratad) of between £23,000-£25,000
