You'll be working for an industry leading accountancy practice in London that are highly regarded as specialists in their field with a reputation of developing and promoting staff from within.

You'll be working as a Corporate Finance Manager and will be responsible for delivering M&A and fundraising transactions. Your duties will include assisting Partners and Directors with the delivery of disposals, acquisitions and fundraising including supervising and reviewing junior staff as well as pitching and preparing proposals. You'll also be responsible for developing complex finance models including integrated forecast models, returns and IRR models.

You will need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) ideally with excellent financial modelling skills.. You'll need to have a comprehensive working knowledge of corporate finance with experience of leading on deals and dealing directly with clients and a proven track record of managing/supervising and developing more junior staff.

You'll be paid £50,000-£70,000 per annum depending on experience and will work a 35 hour week with hybrid and flexible working available. You'll be working for an industry leading organisation that has a reputation for developing their staff in an excellent office space in a central location.
