Senior FP&A Analyst / FP&A Manager role based in London, in a commercial property/construction business.

Your new business

You'll be working for a property/construction business having just undergone a new round of funding, looking to grow their team based in WC2.

Your new job

You'll be working as a Senior Analyst / Manager to enhance the quality and quantity of reporting, forecasting and analysis of both financial and non-financial information. The role will require working with teams across the Group to develop suitable processes and reports covering areas such as Gross Profit, KPIs, ESG, sales pipeline and customer profitability. You'll report to the Group FC but will also work closely with the CEO, CFO, Commercial Director and the business MDs and FDs.

Main duties:

• Analysis of gross profit, identifying drivers of profit and growth


• Develop and expand KPI reporting across the group


• Sales pipeline reporting and analysis


• Customer revenue and profitability analysis


• Pricing analysis


• Develop forecasting processes, both short and long term


• Develop and support ESG reporting - environmental performance and employee data


• Capex evaluation and analysis

What you'll need

You will need to be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified. You'll also need to have a high level of excel and modelling skills and be comfortable with a range of accounting software as well as being a proactive self-starter, identifying and managing your own priorities.

What you'll get in return

You'll be paid 60-65k per annum and will work a 9-5 week in a hybrid based capacity.
