Financial Reporting Manager role - Abingdon - US-listed biotech

Our client, a rapidly expanding US-listed biotech, seeks a Financial Reporting Manager for its growing finance team.

Reporting to the Head of External Reporting, the Financial Reporting Manager will work on key Group activities focusing on external reporting and SOx compliance. This is a critical position within the organisation after the recent IPO and listing on the NASDAQ; ensuring that the business remains highly compliant as a listed company. This role will operate in a rapidly changing environment, particularly as the business continues to commercialise globally and moves rapidly towards auditor certification of its internal control environment.

Skills / Experience / Attributes:

• Qualified accountant - ACA, CA, ACCA


• Financial / external reporting experience in an international business, ideally US-listed


• IFRS knowledge and US GAAP


• Strong Excel skills
