My client is a growing and successful organisation with multi-entity operations and a market-leading position in the sector. They are looking to recruit a qualified accountant into this Finance Manager role based near Reading in Berkshire.

Reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting, the Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial accountant team, the production of the monthly group and individual company management accounts, including the commentary packs and collaborating with the wider financial reporting team.

Duties include:

• Manage a team of c5


• Production of group-wide management reports


• Presentation of reports, along with associated commentary, to senior leadership team


• Statutory reporting


• Balance sheets and fixed assets

You will be a qualified accountant with excellent systems skills, including advanced excel. You will have the ability to manage the team and train junior members of staff. You will have the ability to manage relationships and influence senior managers.
