My client is a busy, successful and growing company in Newbury. Their continued growth has resulted in the need to recruit a qualified accountant into this Finance Manager position.

As Finance Manager, you will manage a small team and oversee the financial management of a specific division. You will be responsible for business partnering for the division, management accounts, month end and FP&A. You will also be responsible for managing the half and full year audits, improving systems and implementing new processes.

Duties include:

• FP&A and producing and presenting various business unit reports


• Month end and Management Accounts


• Business partnering with non-finance managers


• Working with the Group function where relevant

You will be a qualified accountant with exposure to FP&A, business partnering and strong Management Accounts experience. You will have led a team and have the ability to work with non-finance managers. This is an excellent role for any accountant looking to progress their careers and building towards future FD positions.
