Employment Taxes Partner

I am currently collaborating with a leading top 10 client actively seeking a individual to fill the position of Employment Taxes Partner.

Day to Day Duties:

• Leading and managing the regional employment tax team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Conducting appraisals and providing coaching to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.


• Collaborating with other regional employment tax leaders, reporting directly to the national head of employment taxes, and maintaining regular communication with the regional tax head.


• Contributing to the region's annual tax growth goal by actively pursuing new business prospects and cross-selling other service lines within the firm.


• Building strong working relationships with a portfolio of clients through assignments and regular contact, attending client meetings to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CTA certification, ideally accompanied by a degree-level education.


• Additional European language abilities are advantageous, though not mandatory.


• Proven leadership experience within an accounting firm's tax team.


• The ability to provide excellent advice to clients from diverse sizes and sectors.
