Key Responsibilities:
As an Employee Share Schemes Tax Manager, your role centres on proactively delivering employee share scheme services across various industries. Your core responsibilities encompass:

- Managing share schemes and employment-related security tax advisory work for both individual companies and groups.
- Collaborating with HMRC on valuations and clearances.
- Providing expert guidance on share schemes under the direction of our Director, partners, and clients. This includes tasks such as designing EMI and CSOP schemes, implementing growth share programmes, and conducting valuations.
- Preparing sections related to share schemes within due diligence reports.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- Qualifications, at least to the ATT level, with a preference for CTA certification.
- A strong background in share schemes advisory work, whether in a specialised capacity or as part of a broader tax role, along with a desire to specialise.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
