Indirect Tax Senior Manager

Exciting news! We at Savant have partnered with a leading Big 4 firm in London, offering an exceptional opportunity in their Deals Indirect Tax (ITX) team. Join them in assisting clients through business changes, handling complexities, and efficiently managing risks. Our team is recognised for delivering expert insights into tax, human dynamics, and legal nuances, ensuring well-informed and compliant decision-making.


Role Highlights:


- ITX Due Diligence Reviews: Assess existing and potential ITX issues, evaluate VAT compliance, and identify risks in M&A transactions.
- VAT Structuring and Restructuring Guidance: Optimise operational structures with strategic advice for clients' businesses.
- Tailored ITX Advice: Collaborate with Deals Tax specialists to address clients' unique needs.
- Pre and Post-Deal Services: Assist clients with pre-acquisition structuring, implement VAT-efficient strategies, and provide compliance support.
- VAT Advisory for PE Backed Portfolio Companies: Tailor strategic guidance for private equity-backed firms.


Qualifications:


- Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent international/legal professional qualification.
- Technical and analytical skills in Indirect Tax.
- Flexibility to contribute to multiple client/transaction teams concurrently.
- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining robust client relationships.
