Senior FP&A Analyst | West London / Hybrid | Dynamic Leisure Co | £60-65,000 + a generous bonus and corporate benefits


Senior FP&A Analyst role for a dynamic Leisure business in West London.


Your new role:



  • You will report to the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Group's reporting and forecasting activities, including financial planning, annual budgets, and monthly reporting to senior management and other external stakeholders. This will involve working with large sets of data from multiple data platforms and modelling this into relevant reports and management information for internal and external stakeholders.

  • In addition, you will support the Project Management Team with financial reporting and analysis of all project expenditure, where there is significant investment and transformation underway towards optimising the client travel experience with Audley.

  • Manage key components and processes within the business' budgeting, forecasting and long range planning cycles

  • Lead the monthly reporting and compliance cycle, i.e. the production and delivery of data, analysis and PowerPoint presentations for key stakeholders (Board, Management, Lenders and Regulators)

  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast financial performance including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for the Group.

  • Support financial planning tasks such as refinancing and capital structure optimisation

  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and management information requests.

  • Evaluate investment proposals and KPIs to track delivery of projects through the various phases



What you'll need to succeed



  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)

  • Experience in forecasting, analysis and reporting on large data sets

  • Strong Excel skills with proven financial modelling skills

  • Highly confident communicator across with key stakeholders

  • Detailed analytical and questioning approach, with creative problem-solving

  • Self-starter, independent, proactively seeks out new opportunities to improve our business and ways of working

  • You will be an integral part of Finance, working with the wider business so you will ideally have partnering experience and be comfortable liaising with stakeholders of varying levels.
