Finance Systems Manager

Salary: £70000 - £75000 per annum + Bens

As Finance Systems Manager you will lead all financial planning and forecasting processes. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the finance system, supporting Senior management Team by providing robust financial models and analysis to aid decision making.


Duties include:



  • Lead the ongoing design, build, and implementation of the planning system

  • Develop reports and key performance indicators

  • Drive the financial planning of the institution by analysing its performance and risks

  • Assist in all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, including annual planning, P&L forecasting and budgeting, and cash flow forecasts.

  • Ensure all budget holders and senior management have access to accurate, timely, and relevant management information.


You will have an extensive understanding of finance, including budgeting and forecasting, and have a track record of improving systems and reports. Ideally you will have been involved in new systems implementations and importantly, you will enjoy systems and have the ability to liaise with senior managers from across the business. This is an excellent role that is key to the organisation's success moving forward.
