FP&A Analyst

High Wycombe

We are looking for a keen individual looking to get struck into the role and make a difference in the company. This a newly created role working as an experienced FP&A Analyst within a fantastic business near High Wycombe. They offer a very social working culture and have excellent facilities on site. Hybrid 3 days a week.

The role is looking to develop its FP&A capabilities to further support the company's exciting journey moving ahead so will encourage you to come up with new ideas to streamline and improve the process. Please see below the outline of key responsibilities encompassed in the role:

• Work with key stakeholders to develop the business's KPI reporting


• Analysing and interpreting financial data to provide valuable insights into business performance to senior management


• Development and maintaining the strategic financial plan


• Produce scenario analysis


• In-depth monthly analysis across revenue and cost lines, including headcount


• Lead the budgeting and re-forecasting processes


• Support the finance team with the continued development of its management reporting


• Preparation of other reporting /analysis as required

Requirements will ideally include:

• High proficiency in MS Excel


• Good Power BI knowledge (desirable)


• Ability to prioritise to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment


• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and draw out key insights


• Strong communications skills, with financial and non-financial stakeholders


• Understanding of 3 statements and key metrics such as EBITDA
