My client, based near Bracknell (hybrid), is a successful, acquisitive PE-backed entity and they are looking to recruit an accountant into this Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the role is focused on the value-add tasks and you will develop and strengthen the reporting processes, whilst producing insightful and useful data that will support the business going forward.

Tasks include:

• Produce various reports for the PE firm


• Monthly variance and KPI analysis, trend reporting etc


• Business partnering with the various business managers


• Budgeting and forecasting


• Supporting the integration of acquired entities

This is an exciting role in a growing company and the successful candidate will be either qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), working towards a qualification or qualified by experience. They will be ambitious to further their own career and the role provides the opportunity to progress. They will have excellent analytical skills, strong systems and have the ability to influence and support non-finance managers. Advanced excel is essential, as is the ability to support future systems implementations and upgrades.
