Job Description:
We, at Savant, are assisting a high-performing firm in Reading, seeking a dynamic and experienced R&D Tax Manager to join our growing team. As an R&D Tax Manager, you will play a key role in advising our clients on R&D tax relief opportunities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to clients on R&D tax relief eligibility and optimisation strategies.
- Manage and oversee R&D tax relief claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC guidelines.
- Conduct technical assessments of R&D projects to determine eligibility for tax relief.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant project information and documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in R&D tax legislation and industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients.


Requirements:
- Previous experience in R&D tax consultancy or a related field.
- Strong understanding of R&D tax relief schemes and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and client management abilities.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, CTA) preferred but not essential.
