Finance Manager

Salary: £60000.00 - £75000.00 per annum + Bens

My client is an exciting, progressive and successful bio-tech entity based in South Oxfordshire and they are looking to recruit a qualified accountant into this Finance Manager role. They have enjoyed considerable success and are taking positive steps to strengthen the finance team as they further develop.


The role focuses on the financial accounting aspects of the function. You will support statutory reporting, review consolidated accounts, assist with year end and work with external audit teams. You will also liaise across the business with senior non-finance managers and ensure that they understand the implications of the financial reports and costs and expenditure. Duties include:



  • Statutory reporting

  • Fixed assets

  • Working with Senior Managers from across the business

  • Cost and expenditure reports

  • Review changes in accounting standards and project-lead new process and reporting

  • Various ad-hoc projects


You will be a qualified accountant. The role would be ideal for somebody who has developed their financial reporting knowledge at a commercial company, or equally for somebody who has worked and trained in audit. This is a truly exciting company with excellent investment and exciting plans for the future.
