Our private equity backed client has a strong proposition in their market sector and is a well known business that is growing rapidly. You will be working closely with, and reporting into the Financial Controller, driving the strategy and implementing processes and controls. This is a highly visible role in the business and will require you to build relationships with financial and non financial stakeholders. You must be a Qualified Accountant to be considered for this opportunity.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial goals and strategies.
Prepare and analyse financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
Lead forecasting and reporting processes.
Balance Sheet Reconciliations/Ad hoc -reconciliations:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date balance sheets.
Identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
Process Improvements:
Continuously assess and enhance end-to-end accounting practices.
Propose improvements
Skills:
Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations within the relevant entities.
