Tax Manager Transaction Advisory

Salary: £65000 - £70000 per annum

Our client is looking to hire a Tax Manager,Transaction Advisory,you will have strong transaction tax experience,including due diligence and M&A tax advisory. Our clients range from owner managed businesses and private equity.


You will also manage a small portfolio of corporate clients, most of which will have recently transacted or will be planning towards an exit in the short to medium term.


The successful candidate would be joining an organisation that prides itself on offering a great environment for career development.


ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA qualified with the ability to demonstrate strong corporate tax technical skills, particularly with transactions tax experience;



  • Excellent communication

  • Stakeholder relationships

  • Corporate finance team


This is a hybrid opportunity with a working pattern of full or part time considered
