Private Client Senior Manager


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Private Client Senior Manager to join our client's growing tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tax professional to lead and develop a high-performing team while providing expert advisory services to a prestigious client base.


We have partnered with a leading tax, accountancy and business advisory client founded on integrity and technical expertise, who are looking to expand their team.

Duties to include:



  • Managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), entrepreneurs, and private clients, ensuring high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.

  • Leading tax planning and structuring projects, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, and residency/domicile matters.

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Overseeing and mentoring junior team members, supporting their technical development and career progression.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth.

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation and staying updated on industry changes.

  • Collaborating with other departments to provide a seamless client experience.


Experience and education requirements:



  • Qualified Tax Professional - ACA/CTA or equivalent

  • Extensive experience in private client tax advisory and compliance, ideally within a professional services firm.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.

  • In-depth knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations affecting HNWIs and private clients.

  • Commercially minded with a track record of business development.
