Savant is looking to support a client in the recruitment of an experienced and proactive Finance Manager. The company is a smaller division of a larger, well-established organisation. This broad role covers everything from month-end reporting and management accounts to budgeting, forecasting and supporting systems and process improvement projects.

You'll need to be a qualified accountant with strong systems knowledge and solid Excel skills or be qualified by experience with good all-round exposure to the end-to-end finance tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and management accounts
  
  


• Ownership of monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting cycles
  
  


• Liaison with external auditors and third-party accountants
  
  


• Oversight of VAT returns, intercompany balances, and working capital
  
  


• Financial support across all business functions
  
  


• Leading reporting on royalties, rebates, and inventory
  
  


• Supporting a finance systems projects and process improvements
