As a commercially minded accountant you will help drive analytics that support business decision-making and growth - both organic and through future acquisitions. Here's a brief overview of the role:

  Deliver weekly reporting in close collaboration with Commercial and Operational teams

  
  


• 
  

  Produce key financial inputs for rolling forecasts and budgeting documents

  
  


• 
  

  Preparation of 3 year business plans

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and develop business performance reports and KPI dashboards

  
  


• 
  

  Add value with financial systems, automation, business insights (Power bi/Business Central)

  
  


• 
  

  Create and maintain process documentation across finance and the wider business

  
  


• 
  

  Support monthly accounting tasks, including lead schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, customer and ops queries

  
  

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Qualified accountant with CIMA, ACCA or ACA


• Ideally 2-3 years' experience within and FMCG/Logistics or similar environment


• Experience of working in a large-scale organisation is desirable but not essential.


• A self-motivated approach to work - can do attitude, well-organised to effectively deliver high


• quality results.


• Good analytical, problem-solving, and excel skills.


• Ideally having worked with Business Central, Power Query and Power Bi


• Good communication skills with an ability to build cross-functional relationships.


• Attention to detail.


• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
