Are you a qualified tax professional ready to step into a dynamic managerial role? We're seeking a Corporation Tax Manager to join our growing and ambitious accountancy and business advisory firm. Our client are a rapidly growing practice providing high-quality tax, accounting, and consulting services across a diverse client base. From major infrastructure and renewable energy firms to SMEs and investors in media. The team blends big firm expertise with an agile, hands-on approach that truly sets us apart.

About the Role

As Corporation Tax Manager, you'll be entrusted with managing your own portfolio of clients while overseeing the efficient delivery of corporation tax compliance and advisory services. This includes:

• Reviewing and signing out tax computations and returns


• Preparing complex tax computations using Alphatax


• Liaising with auditors on tax disclosures in statutory accounts


• Advising on technical areas such as R&D claims, capital allowances, and group tax planning


• Identifying opportunities for value-added services


• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development

What We're Looking For

• CTA and/or ACA (or equivalent) qualified


• Ideally 2+ years post-qualification experience (newly qualified Managers will be considered)


• Experience managing compliance portfolios and team workflow


• Excellent communication and client relationship skills


• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage risks and find solutions


• Commercial awareness and confidence handling fee proposals and invoicing
