The Role:
Looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team. This is a broad and varied role where you will be actively involved in all aspects of accounting and finance, supporting both the Finance Director and the VP of Finance in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness


• Handle AP/AR processing and reconciliations


• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist with statutory reporting


• Support external audit processes


• Work closely with the VP of Finance on group-level finance tasks


• Contribute to the development of finance processes in a small, collaborative team
  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong, hands-on accounting experience


• Experienced in month-end and general ledger reconciliations


• Comfortable supporting senior finance leaders and working across borders


• Ability to work independently in a small, high-growth environment


• Stable career history

• Experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences
