Senior Sales (Investor Relations)- Private Equity
Location: Oxford (Hybrid)
The Opportunity
An exciting and rare opportunity to join a growing Private Equity firm in a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on building and scaling its investor base.
You will lead the origination and conversion of relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals and their advisers, directly contributing to capital formation and long-term value creation. Working closely with senior leadership and the investment team, you will play a visible role in shaping investor strategy while building a high-quality network of sophisticated clients.
This is a commercially driven position offering strong exposure, where individual performance has a clear and measurable impact on the firm's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and win new investor relationships with family offices, HNW individuals and intermediaries
- Manage a structured pipeline from initial outreach through to investment commitment
- Build and maintain long-term investor relationships to maximise retention and value
- Represent the firm at events, conferences and meetings
- Present investment strategy, performance and opportunities with clarity and conviction
- Develop tailored marketing materials and proposals
- Support investor communications and ongoing relationship management
- Provide market insight on investor trends and competitor activity
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in financial services sales, investor relations or wealth management
- Experience of engaging and raising capital from HNW individuals and/or family offices
- Experience working with IFAs or wealth managers
- Strong commercial drive with the ability to originate and close opportunities
- The ability to drive brand through social media
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability
- Knowledge of private equity, venture capital or EIS/SEIS structures is advantageous
