Finance Manager

Location: Camberley (Hybrid)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join a large, well-established, high-growth organisation. This role is offered as an 18-month maternity cover contract and plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting business performance across multiple divisions.

You will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, overseeing budgeting processes, maintaining financial controls, and supporting senior stakeholders with insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of 3 accountants


• Oversee the month-end and produce accurate management accounts


• Deliver financial analysis and support business decision-making


• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls


• Partner with divisional leaders on performance (P&L)


• Support audits and ad-hoc projects

About You

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 2+ years PQE


• Strong accounting and month-end experience


• Proven team management and business partnering skills


• Advanced Excel and good systems knowledge (Dynamics desirable)


• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
