We're recruiting an experienced Financial Planning & Control Accountant to join a dynamic European finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys combining technical finance expertise with commercial decision-making in a fast-paced, international environment.

The Role

You'll lead key financial control activities, deliver insightful reporting, drive budgeting and forecasting, improve finance processes and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.

You'll also:

• Lead month-end financial reporting and analysis


• Drive financial planning and forecasting


• Improve controls, reporting and finance processes


• Support governance, compliance and SOX controls


• Lead and develop a Finance Specialist


• Work closely with UK and European stakeholders to influence business performance

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification


• Strong financial control and reporting experience


• Excellent IFRS knowledge


• Experience in a multinational or shared service environment


• Outstanding analytical and stakeholder management skills


• A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement
