Accounts Assistant

North West London | Multisite Hospitality Business | £28-33,000

This expanding multi-site hospitality business in North West London is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join its busy team. Key tasks include:

• Recording of purchase invoices on Sage


• Supplier statement reconciliation


• Weekly cash tracking across all sites within company (cash, credit card, kiosk, delivery aggregators)


• Preparation of reports for management on weekly basis


• Dealing with suppliers, customers and other related parties on an ad hoc basis


• Daily banking with ad hoc filing


• Preparation of management accounts, accruals/prepayments etc.


• VAT returns


• Weekly bank reconciliations


• Weekly petty cash reconciliations

Key Skills required

• This role would suit someone who has previous accounts experience and is accustomed to working in a fast paced environment.


• Ability to work independently and with initiative


• Ability to identify problems and suggest solutions


• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines


• Well organised with strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy


• Excellent multitasker with ability to work well under pressure
