Flint House is a charity, primarily funded by donations from those in the police service and their families. It is with these generous donations that they help and heal over 3,500 serving and retired police officers each year, providing physical rehabilitation and mental health support.
Before working with Savant, Flint House Police Rehabilitation (FHPR) faced the challenge of replacing a long standing part-time team member within their small finance function. They decided to seek a replacement on a temporary basis to give them the flexibility to adjust their approach once they had established the exact requirements needed to fulfil the role on a more permanent basis.
