OUTCO was transitioning through a period of extensive change driven by organic growth and acquisitions. The finance team, led by Finance Director Alistair Miller, were looking to streamline operations, improve processes and procedures, implement new systems and restructure the team. Savant initially supported the organisation through the provision of an interim Financial Controller. This interim resource enabled the Finance Director to review the structure within finance and decide on the best way that finance could improve efficiencies, whilst also supporting the wider business needs.
