Author with over 770 projects completed, Mike founded Catalysis in 2010 after leading a similar practice within Grant Thornton. He holds a BA, MSc and DPhil from the University of Oxford and serves on the boards of educational social enterprises.

Kate Ronayne – Investor, BGF
Kate joined BGF in 2024 with a focus on early-stage deep tech and climate tech investments. Before joining BGF, she was an Investor Director at Longwall Ventures, working with a portfolio of startups across physical sciences and engineering. Prior to that, she spent 16 years at the Science and Technology Facilities Council, across a variety of scientific and commercial roles.

David Mott – Founder Partner, Oxford Capital
Founder Partner at Oxford Capital, a specialist investment manager focused on venture capital and alternative asset investments.
