This resulted in her coaching executives and developing strategic risk management techniques for global FTSE listed companies that addressed leadership behaviour, culture and risk. Luminary Mindset™ was born from Zoe's desire to help organisations understand the link between EI, human behaviour and achieving performance and results. She is now a qualified Transformational Executive Coach, ICF accredited and has worked with FTSE 100 and ASX 50 CEOs and Executive Leadership teams.
- Mark Sheldon (Managing Director - Savant) - With an extensive background in professional recruitment across the UK and Europe, Mark Sheldon is the Founder and CEO of Savant. He previously worked as an MD with Hays PLC and during his successful career was the Head of Hays’ business operations in the Home Counties and MD of the Accountancy & Finance in the UK and Ireland. Mark’s customer relationships scale from FTSE 250 organisations to some of the UK’s fastest growing new entities.
