Wendy has been helping shareholders and management teams to successfully navigate the deals process for over thirty years, first as a Corporate Finance Partner for Grant Thornton in the Thames Valley and more recently at HMT. She believes that time spent preparing a business for a deal process is never wasted and ensures that her clients know exactly what to expect each step of the way.

Duncan Wade – Investor, BGF

Duncan is responsible for origination, execution and management of investments across the Thames Valley and the Solent regions. He has extensive experience working with fast-growth, private equity-backed companies, both as an adviser and as an operator. His roles have included CFO for Carix Group Holdings, a 3i-funded buyout from Shell, Corporate Finance Director for EY, Chief Development Officer for EY UK & Ireland, Managing Director of the Corporate Finance team at BCMS, and Corporate Development Director for The Marketing Practice.
