The business environment is becoming increasingly complex and leaders are challenged with an uncertain future - how do we continue to succeed in building leadership skills and strategic tools to remain positive, agile and resilient, to future-proof our business?

Traditionally, VUCA stood for volatile, uncertain, chaotic and ambiguous, but more recently a more positive acronym has emerged to represent the positive response to VUCA: vision, understanding, clarity and agility or adaptability. VUCA will define the coming years and there's an opportunity for leaders to shift from the negative VUCA to the positive – moving away from focusing on the problem, to a positive solution with the new VUCA.
