As another remarkable summer internship program comes to an end, here at Savant we feel immense gratitude towards the dedicated interns who joined us this season. We are pleased to have had the opportunity to work with such bright, motivated, and talented students from various backgrounds and fields of study. Today, we would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our summer interns while sharing the invaluable feedback they have provided about their experiences: 

Mateo: 

‘’Venturing from the United States to London for an eight-week internship at Savant Recruitment was a journey of both professional and personal discovery. Upon arriving in London, I began with understanding the Savant’s values, culture, and mission, making me feel like an integral part of the team from the jump. Throughout the internship, I was exposed to a diverse range of recruitment strategies, from candidate sourcing to cold calling strategies, each emphasising the importance of precision and adaptability. The collaborative team dynamics were a highlight of the program, as I got the opportunity to work with professionals from diverse backgrounds, learning effective communication and cooperation. Although there were challenges during the internship, these challenges served as excellent teaching opportunities. As my eight-week adventure comes to an end, I am immensely appreciative of the team's guidance and insights. This life-changing event has improved my understanding of the recruitment industry and equipped me with the skills necessary for a prosperous future.’’.

Francesca:

‘’This data analyst internship in London has been more than simply a short-term job; it has been a major experience that has paved the way for my future endeavours. I have a bag full of experiences, insights, and connections as I prepare to graduate in Masters  in Management and International Economic Relations next February. This stage of my trip confirmed my interests, strengthened my competencies, and made me aware of the prospects offered by the global commercial and economic environment. Now, over two months later, I can say that I want to stay here forever. This internship provided me the chance to open my horizons and I gained anappreciation for cross-cultural communication and collaboration. Sharing experiences and viewpoints with my colleagues enhanced my personal understanding of the interrelated global landscape. My university experience gave me a strong theoretical foundation, but this internship turned theory into real-world application. Moreover,  I found myself engaged with concepts and notions that no lecture can convey but can be only learned on the field. No exercise in a classroom can be compared to the adrenaline thrill of handling actual business problems. I learned the value of flexibility and smart thinking during this internship.  Every issue I encountered helped me develop analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities’’.

Maddalena:

‘’As my internship at Savant Recruitment draws to an end, I can't help but think about the great experiences and personal growth I've acquired here. It has been an honour to work for Savant Recruitment, an organisation that genuinely embodies what it means to be a leader in the recruitment business.

I was greeted by a kind and inclusive team of experts who actually cared about my growth and development the moment I stepped foot into Savant Recruitment's office. The dynamic work atmosphere promoted a spirit of teamwork and mutual respect, which allowed me to freely express my thoughts and perspectives. This open communication culture was critical in developing a supportive environment for both personal and professional growth.One of the most impressive features of my internship at Savant Recruitment was the chance to work on significant initiatives that had a direct influence on the firm and its clients. This amount of responsibility not only enhanced my talents, inventiveness, and critical thinking but also demonstrated Savant's enormous faith in its interns. Throughout my internship, I was lucky to get significant guidance from Savant Recruitment's HR professionals. I was matched with Eliziana, an HR expert from the start who gave continual direction, support, and feedback to assure my progress. 

To summarise, my internship was a tremendously fulfilling and life-changing experience. The organization's dedication to quality, empowerment, and talent development is extremely remarkable. As I begin the next phase of my career, I am appreciative of the significant lessons, experiences, and relationships I obtained while working at Savant Recruitment. It has been an honour to be a part of this extraordinary team and to contribute to their purpose’’.

Solomon:

‘’My internship experience at Savant Recruitment has been an absolute pleasure. Through this experience I have been able to grow both as a professional and as a person. From the time I walked in I felt welcomed and supported along this journey thanks to a phenomenal team. During my time here I worked with the various specialized areas in the technology sector. By working with each specialization I have been able to learn from each persons own unique strategies of recruitment as well as develop my own in the process. Some of the tasks I did while working here included mapping out companies, reaching out to candidates on Linkedin, setting up and participating in candidate calls, cold calling, and listening in on client meetings. Every week I grew better and more confident performing these tasks thanks to guidance from the team. My favourite part of this internship has been the team environment. Initially, I thought recruitment was a very independent job however, after seeing the way the team shared information and gave advice to one another I quickly realised that it is not. Through this experience I have been able to hone a plethora of skills that I can apply to my career moving forward such as communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and confidence. I am forever grateful for this once in a lifetime internship experience and I can attribute my growth to this wonderful city and great company’’.
