The contract market is moving again - We’re seeing steady activity across transformation and infrastructure. Some of it is still forming at RFP stage, but it’s building a healthy pipeline of future demand.
On-site expectations are still part of the picture particularly in Telecoms and infrastructure-heavy environments, being present still matters and it’s shaping how and where businesses hire.
Overall, it feels like a more balanced market.
